Do credits expire?
For users created on or after our policy launch date, credits have 90-day validity per grant. Legacy accounts created before launch keep unlimited credits.
Are there any subscriptions or recurring charges?
No. Searlo uses a simple one-time purchase model. You buy a credit pack, use the credits at your own pace, and buy more when you need them. No recurring fees.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your API will return a 402 status code. Simply purchase another credit pack to continue. We send email alerts when your balance is low.
How do I get the free credits?
Sign up for a free account and you'll automatically receive 3,000 credits. No credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment partner Paddle.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you hit a billing error or a technical issue on our end, contact [email protected] and we'll look into it.
