Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If you run into a billing error or a technical issue on our end, contact support and we'll look into it.

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your dashboard.

Rate limits scale with your tier: Free (5 req/s), Micro (10 req/s), Starter (10 req/s), Builder (20 req/s), Scale (30 req/s), Pro (50 req/s), Enterprise (300 req/s). Your tier upgrades automatically based on total credits purchased. Rate limit headers are included in every response so you can track usage in real time.

Yes! Use the 'offset' and 'limit' parameters to paginate through results. You can retrieve up to 100 results per request and paginate through thousands of results.
